Title: Columbia Theatre HVAC completion project. A past HPC approved a suite of upgrades to the Columbia Theatre, not all of which were completed. The attached shows the chiller project is not slated to be built. A wall will be built around two large units in the parking lot and a couple new rooftop units will be added. RECOMMENDED ACTION: This scope of work was previously approved. No action is required.
