The matter was heard by the City Council at their April 12, 2012 regular meetings. At that meeting, a motion passed to direct the City Attorney to bring back an ordinance to the City Council to adopt the Commercial Zoning Code Update. This is one of two ordinances that will adopt the commercial code update. This ordinance adopts zoning map amendments; Ordinance Number 3202 adopts zoning text amendments. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to adopt Ordinance Number 3203

SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Ordinance Number 3203 adopts zoning map amendments to make the zoning map consistent with the 2006 Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map.
