APPROVE RIVERCITIES TRANSIT TITLE VI PROGRAM - 2014 UPDATE

SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and subsequent amendments to the act, prohibit federally assisted programs and activities from discriminating based on race, color, or national origin. The Federal Transit Administration requires all grant recipients to submit a Title VI Program update every three years. The Title VI Program must be approved by the grantee's governing body, and documentation of such action must be submitted to the Federal Transit Administration with the approved Program. Attached for your review is the 2014 update to the RiverCities Transit Title VI Program.
