The city has a process in place to allow proposed changes to our zoning code to be considered by the Planning Commission as part of a public hearing process with the ultimate decision determined by City Council. One of the property owners that initially approached the city has since applied for a zoning text change to the LI-A Light Industrial Zoning District, which will be before the Planning Commission on May 7, 2014. SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The purpose of this workshop will be to provide background information to the Council and discuss permitted land uses in the LI-A/LI-B Light Industrial and RF-1 Riverfront zoning districts.
