PARATRANSIT SERVICES, INC. EQUIPMENT LEASE
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City's subcontract with Paratransit Services, Inc. to provide disabled transportation services (RiverCities LIFT) expires on May 31, 2015. Concurrent with the City's operational subcontract to provide paratransit services, the Cowlitz Transit Authority leases its disabled transportation vehicles to Paratransit Services, Inc. to provide to provide the fleet of RiverCities LIFT mini-buses and minivans. A new equipment lease is needed to coincide with renewal of Paratransit Services, Inc. subcontract. A copy of the proposed equipment lease is attached for your review.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
The lease amount per vehicle is $1.00 per month. The fleet currently consists of 17 vehicles, resulting in an annual lease revenue of $204.

Motion approving a new equipment lease with Paratransit Services, Inc.
