SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The project involves supplying and installing additional CAT5E computer cable at the Longview Public Library.
After soliciting proposals from qualified firms, one proposal was received as follows:
Empower Digital Solutions, Inc.; McMinnville, Oregon
Labor Budget: $10,400.40
Material Budget: $ 6,279.15
Total: $16,679.55
The proposal received was determined to be regular and responsive.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
This project is funded through the Office Equipment Replacement Fund
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to accept the proposal and award a contract to Empower Digital Solutions, Inc., in the amount of $16,679.55
