Norman Dick, DOI: approximately 07/20/2015. Claimant alleges the pressure in city water lines was so high that it damaged water lines at two of his rental homes, located at 1094 33rd Ave and 446 22nd Ave.
Walter Vandeperre, DOI: early-mid July, 2016. Claimant alleges that a blockage in the city's sewer line caused problems in flushing their toilet.
