SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Staff will provide an update of efforts to bring our abatement code into compliance with State regulations to ensure the ability to lien and collect abatement costs for dangerous structures.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Discussion and direction to City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance ammending Longview Municipal Code Chapter 16.32.
