SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The 2017 Work Plan includes two strategies regarding evaluating opportunities for enhancing our public information program and evaluating the mylongview.com website. The attached presentation will inform council of our public outreach efforts, highlighting where we were, where we are now, and what we would like to do in the future. We will also be presenting information collected on the evaluation of new website development.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
The public outreach update is informational only.
We will be asking for support of a budgetary amendment to choose a vendor and contract for new website development in 2018.
