On August 31, 2017 Council adopted Ordinance 3357 extending the moratorium on applications for emergency shelters, necessitating that a public hearing be held within 60 days of that action and that findings in support of the extension be adopted. SUMMARY STATEMENT:

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
