SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Ordinance No. 3374 makes corrections to Longview Municipal Code Chapter 17.80 - Stormwater Management, to meet the criteria for development project submittals required by the City’s NPDES Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit. The ordinance also provides the City the option to require financial guarantees for completion of stormwater facilities identified on private property in the approved stormwater site plan, as well as those in the public right of way.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 3374.
