ESTABLISH PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2019 CTA BUDGET

SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Each year the Cowlitz Transit Authority holds a public hearing to adopt the annual budget for the following year. The Cowlitz Transit Authority bylaws require holding a public hearing to solicit public comment on the annual budget. The Interlocal Agreement for Public Transportation Services between the City of Longview and the Cowlitz Transit Authority requires approval of this budget by the CTA prior to the Longview City Council’s approval of their budget, of which this is part of.
Recommended Action
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Establish a public hearing to be held at the November 14, 2018 CTA Board Meeting to receive comments on the CTA’s 2019 annual budget.
