SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At last year's March 9, 2017 Council meeting, Council authorized the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Hacker Architects, Inc. Library Director Chris Skaugset will report on the scope of services that have been met: Task 1) Space Needs and Service Assessment; Task 2) Facility and Service Recommendations; Task 3) Cost Analysis; and Task 4) Funding Analysis.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
No action needed; reporting only.
