SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At their January 10 meeting, the City Council considered a recommendation from the Planning Commission to amend the zoning code. The zoning code amendments will add a new chapter to the zoning code titled "Chapter 19.65 Recreation Vehicle Parks" that establishes design standards for RV parks. In addition the ordinance will clarify the approval process for RV parks.
The City Council unanimously passed a motion to accept the Planning Commission's recommendation and direct the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance for council review and approval. Ordinance No. 3395 is attached.
