The next step in processing this request for right of way vacation is to schedule a public hearing for the city council to consider the request. Resolution No. 2289 will set the public hearing for February 28, 2019 at 7:00 pm. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve Resolution No. 2289.

SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Property owners who represent 100% of the abutting property, have submitted a request to vacate a section of unimproved right-of-way lying between Lot 8 and Lot 9 in Assessor’s Plat No. 5, and located west of California Way and south of 7th Avenue.  The next step in processing this request for right of way vacation is to schedule a public hearing for the city council to consider the request.  Resolution No. 2289 will set the public hearing for February 28, 2019 at 7:00 pm.

Motion to approve Resolution No. 2289.
