Doris Disbrow, owner of the Graff House proposes to replace the white vinyl windows installed in her home with historically compatible Fibrex wood windows over a two year period. The project is intended to qualify for Special Valuation.
Recommended Action: Motion to approve, approve with conditions or deny the application.
Update to Certificate November 2016: Doris Disbrow proposed to replace the roof on the Graff House, listed on the local historic register, with a new asphalt shingle roof. This project and work completed previously will be submitted for approval for Special Valuation. | | |
