| 1 | | | Agenda Item | CA 2018-3 Harlie's Hoops is proposing to construct a basketball court adjacent to the Elk's memorial building at Lake Sacajawea for the teen center and general public. The new building will have a 3/4 court and minium two hoops. The applicant is seeking design review and approval of the building style/cladding/height/massing after responding to previous review comments.
Recommended Action: Motion to grant conceptual approval for specific building design, cladding, style, height and other guidance as requested by the applicant to move on to final design. | | |
